1. We will make every effort to accommodate your time preferences, but the provision of this service is subject to our availability. We will call you to arrange for the time of our meeting or the telephone/skype call.

2. Before we provide this service, we need to receive from you the payment of $597+tax. You can pay by cheque payable to Mincov Law Corporation, by e-transfer to andrei@mincovlaw.com, by PayPal to andrei@mincovlaw.com or by credit card.

3. The duration of the IP Strategy Review is limited to 90 minutes.

4. IP Strategy Review does not cover a detailed patentability, trademarkability or copyrightability opinion. But you will know whether your business will benefit from receiving one.

5. If by the end of the consultation you don’t think that you have received your money’s worth, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

6. If within 60 days following the IPSR, you choose to use any other services that we provide, we will credit the entire amount of $597 + tax toward your next invoice totalling $1,000 or more.
